JOINING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
1. What is the Skybook Affiliate Program?
The Skybook Affiliate Program is a partnership program where you will earn commissions based on the players you refer to Skybook. Depending on the commission program chosen, you’ll earn commissions either based on their first deposit or their ongoing wagering activity.
2. Why should I join?
Becoming an Affiliate is free, and you'll make money based on the traffic you already have on your website. You send the players to Skybook, and we handle everything else. All you do is withdraw your commission payments.
3. Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join the Skybook Affiliate Program.
4. I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with just one payment.
5. How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you choose your commission program and complete our online application form. After your application is submitted you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. This will contain information on how to get started.
6. How long will it take for my application to be reviewed?
Skybook reviews each application individually. In most cases, you will receive notification of acceptance or rejection within three business days.
7. How does the program work?
The Skybook Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links and banners throughout your website. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a deposit or a wager (depending on commission type chosen), you earn a commission. Each month, your commissions are transferred to a Skybook Sportsbook betting account, and you can withdraw your commissions using any of our convenient withdrawal methods. It's that easy!
8. Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?
Our Affiliate team reviews each application and evaluates it for content and suitability for our program. There are several reasons why your site may not be accepted:
- websites without their own domain
- websites with adult content or any other type of website that is in violation of law or objectionable material
- websites with irrelevant content
- websites that are incomplete or do not meet our quality standards.
Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material or is involved in generating phony deposits and accounts or has links to other fraudulent activity. Please e-mail us at affiliates@skybook.com if you have any questions regarding your site.
9. What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate?
You are responsible for placing Skybook banner and/or text links on your site and to promote Skybook to the best of your ability. Please know if you modify the code in any way you risk not being paid or your stats not being tracked correctly. Apart from that we handle everything else.
10. What are the legal responsibilities of an Affiliate?
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that transactions contemplated hereby will not conflict with or violate any provision of law, rule or regulation to which you are subject. All Affiliate legal responsibilities are outlined in detail in the terms and conditions of the program.
11. What are Skybook's responsibilities?
Skybook runs the sportsbook and thus willingly assumes all responsibilities associated with ensuring that the product on offer is of the highest quality and that the service provided to referred customers from our affiliates also meets this standard. We will provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize click-thru from your site. We will pay you when they fall due i.e. once the amount has accrued to at least $100 in a given month.
12. I don't have a web site. Can I still apply?
No, you must have your own website.
13. Can I participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Yes, you are free to participate in other company’s programs.
14. How do I change my account information?
Once you have been accepted as an Affiliate, you will be given access to http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx. Your account information can be modified through this site.
15. Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site?
Our Affiliate Program is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site.

16. How do I create links and banners?
We have an automatic tag generator on http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx that creates HTML that you cut and paste into your web site. It is so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. The tag generator allows you to create hundreds of types of links to our products.
17. Where should I place the links and banners on my site?
You should place links and banners on high traffic pages of your website, such as your homepage, navigation bar, and any other high traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase. Personal endorsements also work well to attract players to the links to Skybook.
18. How often should I update my links?
You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new banners and content, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.
19. Can I use your content on my site?
Yes. As an affiliate, we will provide you with value adding content linking devices such as a live odds facility.
20. Does Skybook have a policy on spamming?
Skybook does not condone spamming. If an Affiliate is determined to be spamming, they will have their account immediately disabled and will forfeit any commissions earned. If you see an Affiliate spamming, please contact us at affiliates@skybook.com.
TRACKING, PAYMENT, AND REPORTING
21. How much can I earn?
Your earning potential is limitless. As long as you are promoting Skybook, your Affiliate will remain active and you refer players who deposit and wager, you will continue to earn commissions.
22. How do I get paid?
At the end of each month, your commissions will be calculated, and will be deposited into a Skybook Sportsbook account that is created for you. Once your commissions are in the sportsbook account, you may withdraw using our normal payment methods. Fees and restrictions may apply.
23. How do I know how much commission I've earned?
You can log into your account at http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx. There you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, clicks and commissions earned.
24. What are the payment methods?
The following payout methods are available for Affiliates: NETELLER, Western Union, Citadel and Bank Wire (no fees on payouts over $2500). Other methods may be available on a case by case basis. Contact affiliates@skybook.com for more information.
25. How often do I get paid?
You will be paid the commission fees you have earned by the 10th of each month.
26. Is there a minimum I need to receive payment?
Affiliate commissions will be deposited into their Skybook Sportsbook account and can be withdrawn at any time. However, the minimum balance for withdrawal where fees are waived is $100.
27. Do I earn commissions on my own deposits or wagers?
No, we do not allow affiliates to earn commission from their own deposits or wagers. You earn a 10% bonus from your first deposit, but you do not earn affiliate commission.
28. Do negatives carry over?
Yes, negative balances will carry over from month to month. You'll need to work off the negative balance before you will be paid.
29. What about charge backs/bad debts?
If a customer provides false information, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

You can monitor your commissions by accessing reports as often as you like through http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx
31. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier through our software so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a deposit is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with the tag generator on http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx. If you do not use the links provided in their exact format, they may not track impressions, clicks or signups accurately, and you could lose valuable commissions.
32. How often can I run reports?
You can run reports as often as you like by going to http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/login.aspx. Our reporting web site, is updated daily with the latest information about your site.
33. I forgot my login and/or password. How do I retrieve it?
To retrieve your login information, go to http://affiliate.skybook.com/affiliate/ForgotPassword.aspx and enter your the email address on file for your account. Your information will be sent to you via email. You can also email affiliates@skybook.com if you do not know the email address on file.
